PC 171 & PC 252 REMOTE TRANSMISSION
  • Both the Model PC171 & PC 252 can be fitted with a precision potentiometer and electronic resistance to current convertor unit to transmit the measured temperature as a 4-20mA dc current signal for use in SCADA and data acquisition systems
  • Single or Dual output versions are available

  • Since the time constant of the thermal imaging device is same as oil immersed transformer winding, the winding temperature is accurately tracked with respect to time.

Integrated Temperature Monitor
  • PC171ITM & PC252ITM are used for measurement of Oil and Winding Temperature of Large, Medium Power & Distribution Transformers with remote transmission and display of measured temperature.
  • It comprises of our Model PC-171 (or) PC252 Oil Temperature Indicator / Winding Temperature Indicator inbuilt with an Integrated Signal Transmitter (iTT180) that converts the measured temperature to a robust 2 wire 4-20mA dc current output for reliable transmission to a remotely mounted Digital Temperature Indicator (DTI) or Digital Temperature Controller (DTC).
  • Alternatively, a Power Supply Unit (PSU) can be installed at marshaling box instead of DTI / DTC; for dual 4-20mA signal output to SCADA / Display purpose.
  • DTI/ DTC or PSU provides 24 V dc Power Supply to the Integrated Signal Transmitter and receives the 4-20mA signal input on the same 2 wires.
  • Saves marshalling box space – no separate Resistance to current convertor unit.
  • Saves wiring costs – Only 2 wires are required for 24 V dc power supply as well as 4-20mA dc current OUTPUT.

CCU36
  • CCU36 is a very competitively priced Current Converter Unit
  • The Top Oil Temperature/Winding Temperature of Power & Distribution Transformer can be measured by our Oil & Winding Temperature Indicator (OTI/WTI) fitted with inbuilt precision Potentiometer, This potentiometer resistance is calibrated with respect to the temperature measured by our OTI/WTI
  • CCU36 connected to this Potentiometer resistance from OTI/WTI converts the measured resistance value in to 4-20 mA dc (corresponding to 0-150 Deg C ) Current mode signal for SCADA or display applications.

Slim RCXT
  • RCXT-Slim is a very compact, thin (25 mm width) DIN Rail Mountable Resistance to Current transducer
  • The Top Oil Temperature/Winding Temperature of Power & Distribution Transformer can be measured by our Model PC 171 & PC 252 Oil & Winding Temperature Indicator fitted with Precision Potentiometer or Pt100 RTD sensor which is then connected to RCXT that converts the measured temperature to a robust single / Dual channel 4-20mA dc current output that can be reliably transmitted to a remote point for SCADA or display applications

ELECTRONIC TEMPERATURE MONITOR (COMBINED OTI & WTI)
  • Electonic Temperature Monitor (ETM) is Pt100 based Electronic Oil & winding Temperature measurement and control instrument.
  • Single sensor and instrument to measure both Oil temperature and Winding temperature
  • Input : Pt 100 RTD, 3 Wire
  • 2 SPDT relay contact outputs for Oil temperature & 2 or 4 SPDT relay contact outputs for winding temperature

CURRENT CONVERTER UNIT (CCU18)
  • CCU-18 is a very competitively priced Current Converter Unit that can be used for Oil Temperature (CCU-18O) or Winding Temperature (CCU-18W) measurement.
  • The Top Oil Temperature of Power Transformer can be measured by our PT 100 RTD Temperature Sensor which is then connected to CCU-18 which converts the PT 100 resistance corresponding to Oil Temperature into proportional 4-20 mA analog dc signal
  • The winding temperature sensing is achieved by feeding a Current to the CCU 18 proportional to the Load current using a Current Transformer (CT)
  • This current from CT, proportional to pre-set temperature rise will be added with to the measured Oil Temperature output
  • The resulting output from the CCU 18 Transmitter will be proportional to the winding temperature of the power transformer
  • The Transmitter converts the Oil/ Winding temperature into 2 sets of 4 – 20 mA DC analog outputs. This has a facility of RTD open indication

CCU18D
  • CCU-18D is a very competitively priced Current Converter Unit
  • The Top Oil Temperature/Winding Temperature of Power & Distribution Transformer can be measured by our PT 100 Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) Oil and Winding Temperature Sensor or Model PC171 / PC252 / PC414RT Oil & Winding Temperature Indicator fitted with inbuilt precision Potentiometer, which is then connected to CCU18D. CCU18D converts the measured resistance value in to 4-20 mA dc Current mode signal for SCADA or display applications
  • It also Provides RS485 MODBUS for Digital communication of measure temperature values for online monitoring systems.

Head Mount Pt100 based Remote OTI & Remote WTI
  • RTDHM is a Pt100 RTD sensor with Head mount Temperature transmitter used for measurement of Oil & Winding Temperature of Power & Distribution Transformers with remote transmission and display.
  • It comprises of our Pt100 RTD Oil Temperature sensor / Winding Temperature sensor fitted with an Integrated Temperature Transmitter that converts the measured temperature to a robust 2 wire 4-20mA dc current output for reliable transmission to a remotely mounted Digital Temperature Indicator (DTI). DTI provides 24 V dc Power Supply to the Integrated Signal Transmitter and receives the 4-20mA signal input for display on the same 2 wires.

DIGITAL TEMPERATURE INDICATOR (DTI)
  • DTI is a compact Digital Temperature Indicator for Remote indication of Oil or Winding Temperature of Power & Distribution Transformers at Control Panel / Remote Control Room
  • The Top Oil Temperature / Winding Temperature of Power Transformers can be measured by our PT100 RTD Sensor or our OTI/WTI Model No. PC171 /PC252 with potentiometer which is converted to 4-20 mA signal by our Resistance to Current Converter Unit (RCXT)
  • This 4-20 mA analog signal is connected as input to our DTI for remote display of Oil or Winding Temperature at control room.

DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER (DTC)
  • Digital Temperature Controller (DTC) is a compact Digital Temperature Controller for Oil or Winding Temperature of Power & Distribution Transformers at Control Panel / Remote Control Room
  • The Top Oil Temperature / Winding Temperature of Power & Distribution Transformers can be measured by our Pt100 RTD sensor, OTI & WTI model PC171 / PC252 with in-built Precision Potentiometer which can be directly connected as input to our DTC for remote display & control of Oil or Winding Temperature of transformer

DRY TYPE TRANSFORMER TEMPERATURE MONITOR (DTM)
